who made these heads?

And where can I pick a pair up?!? I was going through the 40's styled cars thread and saw these. a few guys had asked who made them but no one in the thread gave an answer. does anyone know?

Me neither that I can remember. There is an E/ something on the water neck on the head though.

 

I suspect finding a set - with all those fins intact - is going to require a lot of prayer and the possible donation of at least one appendage, or a first born child.

Anyone know whose car that is??? Some of the scta records have heads and intake mfgrs listed under the racers info
