How'd you take the pix to start with? They're only 100 or so pixels wide -- that's the size of an avatar (7KB). What you need is closer to 700KB.

Did you shoot them with a cell cam?

If you used a camera something isn't set right or the pix got cropped somehow.

Try uploading again to Photobucket -- right mouse click on image before uploading and click "properties" at the bottom of the list. If it's 100x70 you need to find a better original.

On your photobucket account there is a size selection called "uploading options" it's right between the browse thing and the upload thing. You probably have yours set for avatar, switch it to 15 inch screen.

about everybody and their brother made a copy of this style wheel....anything on the backside of the wheel.....i'm leaning towards a fenton or ansen ....might have a sema sticker on the inside bead.....or made in japan on the back ....brandon:D

  13. I'll bet they're Appliance wheels - they appear to have the deep recess for the lugs that Appliances were known for. Still a nice looking pair!

Most American wheels had American racing cast right in the back of the wheel with the size. I've got Fenton wheels and Appliance wheels that look similar to those. They could be ET's also Its hard to tell as I believe American made wheels for some of the other guys for a while and there were Japanese knock offs around as well.........

These were probably made by Appliance. Definitely not American Racing.

They're definitely A/P's. (Appliance) They were the only ones to have the deep recess lugs... From what I've seen, they're actually better quality castings than real Americans in most cases... probably the best quality 5 spoke torq thrust style wheel of the era.
