Who made these Wheels??

I saw this photo of Dyno Dons comet on another thread and the front wheels caught my eye. They look *****in, and I have never seen this wheel before. Does anyone know who made them?? I am thinking they might be one offs. I would love to see a up close picture if anyone has one.

 

Too far away of a pic for me to tell. They could be one of many different ones.

 

Those are cool I don't remember them at all.They don't look like anything from that era to me. Found a picture on the Hot Rod website.

Says Howard wheel on drivers fender I don't remember that name at all.

They look similar to the LAT 70 wheel used on Sunbeam Tigers. They were made in the USA and offered as an optional wheel on Tigers but not sure who made them for Rootes but I have seen them on other cars and a few Ford prototypes around that vintage. Including the 1963 Mustang II prototype
