I recall some threads where a company was recommended for having springs made, but don’t recall the companies name.
    Thanks

No reason the "average" engine build can't use off the shelf springs packaged for application.
One or two clicks each to Jegs and Summit will bring up all you (may) need.

Competition Products has been a good source.

^^^^^^^^ Absolutely….their catalog is almost a bible on springs. 5-6 pages of heights and pressures. Retainers (7*-10*), keepers (at 3 different heights), bases for aluminum heads, and even lash caps. Seals too for your valve guides and the tool to cut them…..

Every major cam grinder sells valve springs for the engines they make/grind cams for.

Tons of off the shelf options for the 390. Don't over think it.

Is this a Ford FE 390?

If it is a Cadillac 390, the answers are going to be a bit different.

Comp cams catalog should have what you need. I picked up the one on the right as a souvenir, it’s a Comp Cams spring from Greg Andersons Pro stock Camaro.
