History Who Ran This Midget Racer

I found this on one of my Facebook groups and am wondering if anyone has any info. on it.

Helping a friend clean out his dads garage. This is 1 of 3 cars that was a race team in 40s. We are looking for the guy that owns the other 2. Last we heard he was in va beach. If anyone has info please contact me. Would like to see if he is interested in putting the car back in the team.

Looks to be a Solar rail frame car built as complete or kit cars by Solar Aircraft in San Diego. I will look in some of my old midget books for a #15 Solar white with red letters.
