Who Stocks Offenhauser linkage...???

I'm looking for a stockist of the Offenhauser range of linkages.

I'm looking for the 9' dual carb linkage and the genuine (?) Offenhauser ball studs.

See the scan for what I'm looking for.
This was scanned from the Sacramento Vintage Ford catalog, who I had an order with but they haven't got them in stock.....

I've seen Speedway does the dual carb linkage, but they only have the cheap/nasty ball studs...

Can any of you guys help?
