Stroked, I see the 36 roadster has the short top as the US cars had, unlike the 35 . Was it that way , possibly a lhd model or had it been modified?

  5. hey Dave, yep the 36 is the usa type body in factory rhd (import) the 35 an australian club roadster also factory rhd based on a 5 window coupe or cabroilet type body style-cheers grant[IMG]

  6. This is my 35 pickup. All original except 12 volt conversion. Put a new wood bed and rails in last summer.Going to convert brakes this year as well as change front axle so the wife can drive it.There is no bearings on the kingpins, only felt washers. I rebuilt them but still too hard to steer.Any recommendations as to what axle I should swap into it. Haven't started researching it yet but plan on doing it this summer. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.......Jerry

Here are some pics of my buddy's 36 Ford Sedan Delivery, a 28 year project now on the road. Running a 327 motor, 350 turbo, Corvette rear, Mustang front suspension. Many subtle body modifications. Custom interior, custom dash, custom steering wheel and column.
Job well done. Look for Dan G. cruising the streets of Tucson, Az.

I'am in, now what? Why is the grass always greener where ever a '35-'36 Roadster is parked? Looking to trade this very nice 3 window for a chopped roadster.......

Contact WannaB. He's mentioned that he's interested in trading in the opposite direction -- although his roadster is a very nice, finished car.

A follow up to the previous post and photo's: Here's what the car looks like now, and 472 (prior to rebuild) in the "mock up" stage. Hopefully getting color on the car this week.

I'd love to join, but all I have is a three window, a roadster and a sedan (which is for sale). Is that enough?

I don't care if it is double strength, I'm still gonna fold it.....
