Who was the first to bust your balls on the HAMB?

Just kind of curious to see who does the most ball busting around here. I first got my introduction to the HAMB attitude adjustment posse by Steve back in '01.
I jumped in and asked a stupid question about steering linkage, and Steve called me out...

What's your story?

you know the funny thing is I never got my balls busted on this board. I snuck in when the board still looked something similar to the ford barn . just a topic and the a list of replies to the topic under it all on one page. I asked about removing a broken bolt, kinda funny that engine is now in the roach rod.

 

I snuck in the back door on a Sunday nite and they all thought I lived here....thought I had it made until I told a story about my high school buddy back in the early 60's jumping over the fence to a metal salvage place. He could feel a shubox ford tranny in the dark, throw it over the fence, toss it in the trunk of his 50 ford and be gone in 30 seconds..
They dog piled me...and when it got done I was being accused of stealing parts off fellow rodder's cars! Some guys were saying what they'd do to a common thief like me!!! The whole thing spooked the shit outta me and I didn't come back for a week...

I used to read all the intros and do a little ball busting myself, but I got a little tired of that. I try and stick to the tech posts now...

I escaped the ball busting as well. Came on and introduced myself, and asked a polite question about some Rivi's in the area that were for sale. I missed out on them unfortunately.

Tuck, on the other hand, busted my balls on the HAMB chat after last years HAMB drags. Funny thing is that he was hollering about something I didn't do.

I jumped into a raging debate over stick shift vs automatic, and he lit me up!

I laughed myself sick and we had a little fun until I did the intro thang!

Then someone...I believe it was Sam...made up this funny "Mad Libs" sorta intro form for newbies to fill out and we all had a ball with that...I think Germ filled out like ten of 'em...one of the funniest threads ever!

I dont think it was Germ,maybe?? It was in 2000 sometime..There was a chick that got banned from the HAMB,that gave me shit,called me a Goldchainer! Right after I became a member..Cant think of her name,she was in WA I think.

 

I was good to go until I made some smart ass comment about one of the chicks in one of Coles posts.

Then it was a Cole and Germ tandem!!!

 

For me it was DrJ. I reported seeing a black primered, red wheeled, lakes piped, PT Cruiser on the streets of Long Beach. DrJ jumped my shit over it.

He defended it!

Germ, 2 times. First time was way back, two or three board revisions ago. I was just passing through, and didn't stick around. Second time I stayed... if I remember right, I popped on and asked about a rat fink show or blessing of the cars or something, and I got the full-on scenester reaming. I'm not one at all, so it was pretty funny.. Anyhow, i'll cherish it forever!

I posted some pics of either a SUPER chopped Falcon I saw for sale in Milwaukee or a late model TBird with a shoebax kit on it.

Can't remember which, I took a beating over both of them but I do remember it was DrJ.
