Name tags would indeed be dorky, but very helpful. I'm not much into tapping strangers on the shoulder and saying, "Are you a HAMBer?" I'll be driving my avatar.

Looks like I'll be parking in the side streets also, I sent out my registration in the end of January but it seems to have gotten lost, the check I sent never got deposited and I still haven't got my registration back. So it looks like I'm shit out of luck!

We have a place in San Rafael for Wed, the nite we fly in. But for Thursday nite in San Jose I do believe we are just going to wing it and find a place close to the last cruz nite we end up at. Megan, CGR has the name and number of a HAMB member suggested place in SJ. For Friday and Sat nites we're staying in Cambria and have a decent place, at a decent rate, reserved already.
We usually stay in Cambria, at the Cambria Pines Hotel, but due to the new job, I only managed to get Saturday off, so its gonna be a day trip!! There's a ton of places in San Jose to stay, so it should be no problem, see you next week

Thats a GREAT offer, thanks!, BUT we will be heading north to Vern Tardell's Flathead Ranch on Thursday morning....thats IF he "invites" us to visit. I still need to send him a fax asking if we can visit. From there we plan on hitting the Blalkhawk Museum and then Brizios place on our way to a couple of cruz nites in San Jose. Depends on what your into I could spend most of a day at the Blackhawk, Brizio's would take 5 minutes to look at and Verns would depend on what kind of mood he's in. LTR Dave
