nope... it started life as a 4 door anglia. then it was sectioned at the front and rear doors. pretty cool huh!

 

that's a crazy looking ride. as far as saftey, take a look at an early dragster frame some time. those things are made out of very thin tubing. I'm suprised any of them survived more than a few runs.
