  7. His name isn't as well known as Butler, but those in the know go to him. He's done some work for some pretty high dollar vehicles, and is a pretty humble guy. Builds most of his tools too.

The best fabricators, or the ones getting the most press?

For every Cole Foster, Dan Webb, etc, there's 50 guys slaving away at night and on the weekends doing stuff for themselves and friends.

Hero worship is a waste of energy. Anyone who considers themselves a "car guy" should be always trying something new. If a photo or tech article posted here on the HAMB is the inspiration to make someone have a bash at trying something new, then I'd say that this site is doing what it should.

I couldn't agree more. Questions like this remind me of a leg-*******, high school popularity contest. As much as I respect the well known builders, I REALLY respect the home builder making the most of his limited tools working in the backyard. That is a hero
    to me

No apology needed, forums are a form of open discussion with many different opinions. If you didn't want input, maybe you should not have started a thread:confused:

My opinion on the subject remains the same

BTW: Love some of your bikes man. The board track inspired setups are great. Keep up the good work.

It doesn't. Just a peeve. It makes me think of really bad "action packed" corny movies from Hollywood lately when I see a Z as such. :D
