So my car has a problem coming home from shows, gets there with no trouble. This time coming home from the Cheaters show the trans broke. Had to use all my spare parts from 3 units to get this one rebuilt. Put it in tonight. Also installing 4 new tires.

Staying Wherever Uncle Bob (Bob K) put me. Looks like my brother in law bailed out so I might bring the Model A instead, since I drove it to my first Pileup 9yr ago.

I'm flying into Chicago on the 4th from Spokane, Washington this year to make my third Pile-up. Wish I could of taken my Model A, but 1900+ miles is a little far in October.

Yummmm-o! can't wait to see you there bud!

Been thrashing on Big Olds. Actually will be installing new rear shock mounts and new shocks. The old was in a useless location. New will ride much smoother.

    See everyone there

Also, if anyone has any junk like races, bearings, gears, flathead heads, anything that would make cool yart art I'd certainly apprecaite you bringing it. I'll pay s**** prices for the stuff. Right now I'm in the process of making a garden trellis outta the round bits. Thanks in advance.

The only exception to the trailered car rule are for race cars that are not street legal (like dragsters) WITH preapproval... and he is preapproved. I've approved a few of those already

Thanks Joe, I was going to swing by HRCC and show it to Kevin too, just to be sure.
That is if I get it done.

Picture this with a much cooler trailer, and a S2D motor between the rails.

It's nothing like an end of the season show to get everyone to thrash on doing all the things they've put off doing all summer! Ha! :D Myself included. :)

Got the heater installed. About 90% sure it's gonna leak. Have a re-routing plan, just in case. Tried to replace the fuel pump, realized I spaced out on buying fuel line so put that off. Got the radio I bought for it in 2006 installed. :) Then found the instructions and wired it the right way. Some minor cleanup under the hood, knocked over my tackle box full of electrical connectors, Started to fix the heater switch, cut he **** out of my finger, milled around the shop until I realized I had no idea I had been milling for and decided to call it a night....
