Who's up for a HAMB get together at the NSRA Hot Rod Reunion

Or am I way late on this.....doesnt matter. Looking for an excuse to crowd a parking lot full of Hamber's, shake hands put faces to nicknames and rides!! I went to the inagural and the Holiday Inn lot was Ok, but...well you get it. I dont know the area real well but I did notice someof those shopping centers had some big lots.....any ideas??

Me and Big Olds will be there this year. I'm forgoing the BTTF show in MN to attend this one which is the same weekend. Someone who's been, and knows the area, will have to pick the meeting place and stuff. Since it's still 3 1/2 moths away theres plenty of time to plan a get-together.

 

A buddy and I are trying to go. If we do I'm always anxious to meet fellow HAMBers. Brad

 

i'll be there if i have to hitchike to get there ... last year ****o and i went and it was great fun. we got to camp in ****Reynolds back yard and everything. we should have **** set up a meeting place since it is his neck of the woods.

Hmmm, If I had a place to camp it would lower the cost quite a bit. The HAMB campground, like the Buffalo Chip at Sturgis! Brad

 

Just got my entry form in the mail. I'll be there again this year with **** and his dad. Maybe we should all try to stay at the same motel. That way we could party and meet one another in the parking lot. I could get a list of motels from the visitors bureau and we could decide on one motel and all get rooms there. What do you guys think??? I am talking about the Hot Rod Reunion that N.H.R.A. puts on June 18-20 in Bowling Green, KY.

Don, whatever place you can find that's half-way decent, I'm in. I like a bed, hot shower, semi clean sheets, and no bugs are a must. Hopefully in the Stupid 8 price range. See what you can find out and let the rest of us know.

Glad to hear it Brad. Who's the buddy? Honky? With a ??? Even on a trailer for a few late night fireups like the HHRR days in Noble or Cordova would be hip. Damn I miss that. My eyes need to water soooooo bad. Time is getting away from us.

****'s dad has a place we can all stay. He said so last year, no reason to change.

Sammy..you remember which motel I stayed at last year??? I've slept a couple times since then and have forgot!!
Denise...I'll call some of the motels on the list I printed out from Sammy's link tomorrow. I'll post some of the cheaper motels and their prices. Maybe we can all get together at one of them. Should be a blast!!!
