The perfect current thread example is JimSibley's "34 Ford 3W Made Entirely From Junk!"

If there is just one to pick from its squirrel. I like the no bs and variety. Sometimes i read his post or comments on mine then call him on the phone.

I have read almost every post for several years. Don’t always comment. Have been trying to be more active.

This thread is another perfect example. Whenever I see a post by @NealinCA I just have to look 'cause I know absolutely for sure that it will be interesting and worthwhile reading. Also there will be lots of creativity and primo workmanship.

I generally read based on topic not poster. However I should read mine more carefully...I hate spelling errors!

Right on. Otherwise, it'd be easier to list those I don't read...the know-it-all, the wiseass,
the "comic". There are those that add to the site and those that are ready to pounce as
soon as they get the chance. There are those who figuratively have not given me the time of day
and I act in kind. As has been said, I'm more interested in the topic, not the poster. A
second part to the question might be "How many have you blocked". Of course, asking
whom it might be would be bad form (wouldn't it?).

By the way; it sounds like a lot of you folks thought that I meant only reading certain persons' posts instead of reading 'cause you liked the subject. Nothing could be further from the truth.

I mean that I read some posts when I see the poster regardless of what the subject is.

I probably wouldn't have read NealinCA's thread about 32 pickups if I hadn't seen that it was Neal that posted it. I'm not particularly interested in 32 closed cabs but am ALWAYS interested in Neal's posts.

Same goes for @Marty Strode, @squirrel, and several others.

I likely would have read a post titled "34 Ford Made Entirely From Junk" (but might not have), but when I saw that @JimSibley posted it I couldn't resist.

I like too many. I have filled the bookmarks thing on my tablet with threads, so much so that I have a hard time finding individual posts that I seem to remember something from that I want to plaigerize.

Oh well I've learned so much from this site that it's difficult to pick a favorite.

CadMad has some of the best build threads, and I'll read about whatever JimSibley is building because even though I'm not real into race/drag type cars I love to read about cars being built out of basically garbage.

There's a handful of other builds with guys turning out some pretty respectable cars out of absolute trash and sometimes I think I'm the only one responding to them but I'll always post up a response because I want them to continue.

Back in the before-times, there were tons of threads like "I found this cowl in the woods and the roof off of a '60 Buick here's the new show-rod I'm building out of it" with mockup pics and a funny but tasteless name attached.

I miss those threads, builders with unlimited imagination and ambition and budgets very near $0. Those were fun.
