Technical Whose seat belts do you use? Why?

So a good friends 21 year old daughter had a very minor, low speed accident and she was not belted in. She was standing outside talking to the other driver and a cop when she tipped over dead. Turned out she had torn her aorta when she hit the steering wheel. No doubt that a shoulder belt would have prevented her death. Just seems like a no brainer to me.

I know a couple my age... they both refuse to wear seat belts and I know her daughter does the same thing. Some people have poor survival skills.
