All he needs to do is reverse the order of the pack, still leaving it arched that direction!

If he were to use a durant mono-leaf and place the perch on top and the clamp on the bottom this might be a really neat way of getting a car low without have a spring perch 6" tall. HHhhmmmm....

Not sure what the front wheels are about, but that thing is surely nothing to **** with.

  8. I think that car is an abortion. This is what happens when someone has the ability to do something right, but doesn't.

    Why Scooter why?

That thing needs to have it's Hemi consficated. Can anyone else figure out why this car has spotlite? Everything else is simply done in poor taste, but the spotlite just doesn't make any sense at all!

    from nowhere...

Thats what I was thinking, too...
The car has some cool aspects...one of which is NOT the front wheels.

I am not absolutely sure but it looks like a Fordson Major tractor grill.

Hey Scooter, I can't remember his screen name, but, this guy's a HAMB member. By happenstance, I stumbled onto his HAMB page and saw the various pictiures of this car.

There are some things about it I don't particularly care for, but, overall, I think its cool and different. But, then again, what the hell do I know.

I dig it. It is the first Twin supercharged early hemi that I have ever seen like that. I respect the work it took to build the motor...and the car!

I totally agree with reversing the stack on the spring.

Agreed: Keep springs in that arch, smallers on top though.

Spot lights not making any sense?? What about bias-plies behind that motor? What about wooden spokes trying to slow a car like that down? To top it off. Those wheels can't be gay. They aren't pink!

  16. That thing is great - love the front wheels although they do look a little odd with the breaks. By themselves they would look awesome.

    I dig it.

I like it, that thing is wild. Alot of crafstmanship there. Cant believe some people are not diggin it, I guess they would rather see Honda's with a fart can muffler. A model A coupe with a hemi in it is always cool, no matter what.

Cool car and I think a couple spring clamps would probably firm the front up a lot.

Unless of course it's a mega spring of some kind done deliberately to **** with people :) If so, well done sir

kinda reminds me of something posies would build without the excellent fit and finish. different just to be different. someone photoshop some normal wheels on it. that may help

motor is cool. the rest is Ol' Skool Rodz

edit: upon further inspection and more pics i have changed my mind. cool car. I'd still change the wheels though.

  21. I like it because it IS controversial... and stepping way outside the 'effing box of the "norm"... same as Death's Doorstep which is by no means "traditional"

Do you find yourself looking at the boring cars at shows?

A twin screwed hemi in an "A"... c'mon man... that's awesome crazy! :)

I like it overall, just not too hip on the front wheels on that car. The wheels are cool but they don't look right on the car IMO. And BTW I havn't seen Hambone ever write he plans to drive it everyday, could just be a show car (most likely). *****in none the less!

Needs to get some paint on it, new wheels, maybe ACTUAL spokes or wires, and get the front suspension fixed. Other wise i think its an bad*** ride.

Gotta Love the stance. Really gotta love the motor! But those wheels killed it for me. I hate to knock someone's hard work but thats one of those things that make you wonder What the **** was he thinking at the time!

I like the way it sits, but I would love to see it with a balls-out 6 banger instead.

  29. Very cool car!!

For me I like the rims...the front ones at least...rears??

    Spot light....Not sure why??

    Grille...Meeh

Front spring....as mentioned pack set-up wrong but should be an easy fix.

I wouldn't kick it out of my garage either!!
