WHY can't I get a pic to post under my name...

I have been trying to use starphoto... no luck... can someone help... I keep getting a message telling me that the image is not proper... Should it end in .jpg or something like that when using starphoto? It never does...

you need to make him one of those animated .gif's like HEMI has....if you haven't seen it... it's a well endowed gal's chest as she's walking down a sidewalk....Very distracting... but i have to say i like it
