Save the hood and throw the rest of the front end away and if they didn't put as much ugly on the rearend it's savable . There was a dark period in customs where the amount of change mattered not the end result.

I grew up thinking 61 Chevy's ****ed. My uncle had one and so did my great uncle. Now I like them. They look a lot better than most new cars do today. As for that one, there is no accounting for taste.

The nose looks so bad I hardly noticed the phony spots and side exhaust. The mail sorting shelf on the front is beyond ugly.
The positive: it's a front clip away from salvation, on a one year only HT.

The builder's eyes were so bad that he mistakenly placed the rear license plate on the right side of the car instead of the middle! Oh the Humanity!

Your mission, should you choose to accept is to do that very thing, or close this thread.

  16. Yeah, even the frame from the mold. How to ****** up a beautiful car, he should have done it to a 4 door.
Sometimes, less is more. I think doing a stylish, tasteful, custom, is probably the most difficult part of our car hobby. The problem is, that some customizers are attempting to out design the original designers by just attaching more **** to the car.

porkn****** is right!!-this is what the point system for judging car shows resulted in.To bring the car on the show tour a second year ,so many changes or points had to be added-this poor thing must have toured a few years

This is why I don't care for "customs", especially "radical customs". Send the guy who built this to Japan, where they run their exhaust pipes up into the air several feet, and have a "kitchen table" graphed onto the front end. Always thought they should put a stripper pole on those front ends; at least they'd serve a purpose. And to do THAT to THAT car, is just plain unacceptable. I bet the car is even embarr***ed. I am Butch/56sedandelivery.

Have you ever wondered about a car you once owned? And wondered where it is. And would like to get it back !

    Not in this case!

It’s more like...I know where it is. You better not call me to see if I want it back. As a matter of fact, I’m blocking your number right now.
