    Hello Members!

I have a chevy 235 inline 6 motor in a 49 chevy truck. This motor runs, sounds great, and in good in every way except that there is a crack along the driver side on the motor, right in the water jacket! This crack started leaking as soon as I put coolant in.

Now, I drained all the fluid out or I should say as much as I could, but it still continues to leak a bit of fluid out. So I have a question for all of you:

#1 How can I get all the fluid out?

#2 If and since I can't, will JB Water Weld cure in anti-freeze?

#3 Is there any other way of stopping the leak?

Please let me know! Thanks :D

Pull the lower radiator hose and then look for plugs just above the oil pan in the block. If you find any plugs there, pull them as they are block drains.
