This 1951 Plymouth was the subject of a {future} episode of the TV Show . . . It was basically cast off as junk . . . but Dave Chapelle saw past the bad chop top and poorly running {Chevy straight-6} engine . . . and bought it from (the now defunct) studios. Follow along and see if this old school custom can make the journey from Los Angeles to the Inland Northwest . . . with David @Freiburger . . . and a cameo appearance by Alex @Gambino_Kustoms
Sure. Them engines are reliable workhorses given the right timing and the rest of the suspension and brakes being serviced.
No way would I have attempted to drive that car 1500 miles. It really wasn’t even ready after doing the initial work. I’m glad to see them make it though. I always cheer for the underdog. Thanks for the video.
Chapelle seems like a cool dude if you watch dirt head shed he not just into 4x4 trucks and jeeps he's into a little of everything.
