  3. Excellent! It certainly has provenance with that picture.

On another tangent, how about a boxtop Kaiser. Seems incongruous but I think the stylist (James Anger) pulled it off. It gives it a limo feel, too bad it was never built.

  7. Probably has something to do with them being a 2-door, hardtop styled (no upper door posts), station wagon, or something like that.

Willys built 48,845 Aeros in '52, 35,128 in '53, 9,344 in '54, and 4,778 in 1955 for a total of around 95,000 of them. Most years the ratio of 4dr to 2dr for each model variant is about the same, or only slightly higher. I'd have to dig out the Collectible Automobile article to see exactly when they went to Brazil but if I remember right it was 1956. The biggest problem with them is when the rocker panels rot out, their inner structure also serves as the frame rail. But if you're doing anything more than a stock build you need to put a real frame under there anyhow.

From what I was told.. This Concept Wagon was to be in the production line up in Late 55 .. but due to dropping sales.. it was never to happen..

Hers a LATE S.C. MILLER Willys Aero Resin.. from the mid 80s. as the Promos by Byrd are so hard to find.. this is crude. but thats the way they were made back then.. times have changed. where product and knowledge are so much more advanced..
