Technical Wilson welding plates on modified Buick drums

I have a set of Buick drums i machined to accept 40 ford backing plates. After the modifications will these drums work with Wilson welding finned backing plates?

I kept a spindle with an early Ford backing plate and wheel bearings at the machine shop I used. He used that a reference fixture every time he did a pair of Buick drums for me. Using that fixture as a guide the drums always cleared the F250 backing plates and the reproduction Lincoln backing plates both Wilson and Boling Bros.
