1952-59 Ford window channel

I remember at some time in the past a discussion regarding the window channel for the back of the vent window on 55/56 cars. It is time to address this on my 55 Sunliner. A search does not turn up the thread, does any one recall the thread and maybe who started it?

 

If I remember correctly, I suggested Cl***ic Auto Parts in OKC, but you had some past problems with that source and prefered not to use them.

 

I will look Rich, it is true I am not a big fan. I kind of remember from that previous post that the piece is not available and someone used a Velcro product to make a channel. Restoration Specialties says it is unavailable for crown Vics and converts. I wonder what the difference between the sedan channel they have and the convert they don't. I will try calling them.
