Anybody know where you can get the staples that hold the window felt to the interior trim piece on advance design chevy trucks. I remember seeing staples like this holding other parts on too. about 1/16 inch diameter and appear to be put in with a special tool. Or any other ideas on attaching the felts, I don't think adhesive would hold it, screws might work but they could sratch the glass. thanks

im not familiar with yur application, but i used really, really small rivets. the felt was longer than the head so it worked good.it just takes two guys , one hold , the another rivet

Drilled and countersunk for small "countersunk" pop rivits. Kept the rivet head way below the glass.

  6. I used rivits for the channel that goes down the length of the vent window frame, and I used tiny flat top screws for the rest. That felt is pretty thick and covers a lot of surface area, if the screws are tight, and especially if you use rivits, the glass won't be anywhere near them.
