It's flat glass, any auto glass place can cut one for you. If they don't have a pattern use the glass from the other side for a pattern. Not very expensive either.

  3. i have called the local glass guy and he wants 120 a window i thought that was a bit much.thanks

  4. A bit much is an understatement....Glass shop around here would get about 25.00 each

  5. That's the problem with the autoglass industry..somebody will do it cheaper than the other guy. If a guy wants to stay in business, he has to charge more. $120.00 would be a going rate considering: cutting the pattern out of a stock piece of laminated glass, grinding the sharp edges down with a water injected sanding belt (machine), progressively changing to lesser grit belts and finally polishing the edges with a belt made by cork. This is the way I used to do it, and its good quality.
I wouldn't do it for $25.00, not even worth it, time and effort.

  6. Beebing...The glass shops around here want repeat business.not make it on One big kill
