Window Rubber?

Do I buy the rubber for the car and just cut it and let it go? or is there a way to
Glue the modified rubber together?

Varathane can be used to glue window rubber.

 

parts stores have black super glue that works pretty good and dries to look like the rest of the rubber...

 

3M makes a black weather strip glue that worked for me. You can get it just about anywhere.
