    ok dudes, here we go again...:) i build my own gastank and tigweld the rear wheelwell for the right side..

    then i do some beads in the panel behind my bomberseat, and lighteningholes for that front inner panel...holes everywhere:D

    last week i build that windshieldpost for the right side,bend my front bar a little bit and creat my own headlightstand with crossbar...:)

    ....and, today i made my "sheetmetalbomberseatbench ":) yes, i made it from stell, because i`ve no aluminum layin`around, and...i want paint it the same color like my sidepanels. everyone has an aluminum bomberseat, i`ll paint mine,ha,ha..

    My pick up is still in Virginia.
    And I am here in Austria, so there is no progress...
    I know that ****s, but there is nothing for me to do.

    But the good thing is, I can go to the "Oldtimermesse" in May!!!

    Maybe I'll find time to check out your Roadster before that!

    ....yes, maybe next year! my printcompany ( ...my mainwork since 15 years )quit my job, in the very end 2009! working in the states would be cool...for 2-3 month! lets see what i can do...:eek:

    That "sheetmetalbomberseatbench " turned out great - what did you use to get the recessed effect on the holes?

    VERY nice build... I also would like to see what you are using to make the lightening holes in the panels. I ***ume it is a die? Is is set up in a press?

    this is "the secret austrian high tech flared hole kit"....:Dyou need an step drill then an hole punch tool,homemade dies (milled by an friend of mine..)and an big hammer....thats it,simple , but it works:D
