Hot Rods Winter project Coupe

    Well i just started my coupe progress is moving but this winter its hammer down...i have a 30 model a coupe i am building with a small block chevy(350) saginaw 4speed(i know they arent as strong as the muncie) it will have a 4 inch channel 4 inch chop rear of frame is kicked 7 inches and front 4 inches it will have 4.50-4.75 16 front and 750 16 rear 40 ford wheels and brakes. The paint will be green candy with about 2 lbs of mini and micro silver flake. The interior will be white vinyl pleated with black carpet 52? pontiac gauge cluster. We (jon(metal innovations on the hamb) and I ) have been planning the car out and one day he said he would do a rendering of the car they way it would be...well he found almost my exact car i am building it was drawn by jeff norwell...we were shocked to see it but other than the nailhead its on like donkey kong
    i know this is repetetive but here is a list


    engine:sbc 350 (will have) magneto, generator, 6x2 intake with strombergs, finned valve covers engine will be painted white enhaust somthing loud probably lakepipes(not the vette kind)
    trans: saginaw 4 speed
    rear end:8.8 mustang with 373's posi
    body: 1930 model a coupe 4 inch chop and 4 inch channel with 32 grille shell from riley auto, filled roof with white insert
    paint:candy green with lots of flake and light green pinstriping
    interior: white vinyl pleated head top bottom of window and top of interor will be metal finished(shell)
    radiator: early 60's mustang
    brakes: early 40's ford and rear mustang
    wheels:40 ford 16x4.5 white with trim rings and caps
    front end: 4 inch drop "heavy" 32 style, reverse eye spring, hairpins from riley auto
    rearend: buggy spring and ladderbars from riley auto
    frame:custom 7inch kick in rear and 4 in front with molded in mounts for hairpins
    bumper: custom nerf bar

    i will add as i remember more

    well yesterday we started making the innerfenders ...damn it is loud..came out pissa tho still final fitting needed....imagine doing this by hand

    Nice metalwork skills! Your plans for your Coupe sound killer to me, it's gonna look GREAT!That Norwell rendering is one hell of a carrot to dangle in front of yourself, nice inspertation if I'd say!
