Technical winters quick change manual and parts

Discussion in 'Traditional Hot Rods' started by 68bagger, Feb 28, 2019.

  1. I just bought an old Winters champ heavy duty quick change. It has eight rib side bells and a 4.12 ring and pinion. Missing a few parts but most of it is there.
Where can I purchase a shop manual? Also where is a good place to buy new and used parts?
I've never worked on one of these before and I don't want to mess it up.
    Thanks, Scott

Why not contact Winters directly. Just might save a lot wasted time.

Find Buzzy Berry at Funk Racing in Winter Garden Florida. Facebook might be your best bet. Any part you need, he will have a 55 gallon barrel full of them. Budget plenty of time if you call him, he likes to talk. Neat old guy.

Winters has some great set up information in the back of their current street rod rear end catalogue.
