Technical Wiper switch rod 1940 Ford

    I got my vacuum wiper motor working. I am missing the rod that connects the switch to the motor- anyone have a photo of what that looks like? Considering making one from tig rod. Thanks.

    Here's a whole bunch of photos of the 1940 wiper switch motor set up.
    Yes, I bet you could make one from a welding rod or a brazing rod. If you need the dia. of the
    rod (78709-J) let me know and I'll measure mine.
