Wipers and Wiper motors

Does anyone know of a wiper motor that will bolt up individually at the wipers, so I can eliminate the linkage nightmare under my dash of limited space, i want to add ductwork and Vintage air sys to my p-up, shes a cutie with little room inside tight like sardine can when it comes to addin accessories.

went to mighty wiper looks like what I am attempting to achieve with no linkage kinda pricey but I think it will work just may take a while slow economy and all thanks for the clue see ya on the board
