I picked up a set of wire wheels for the Ruby project and was short a couple of lug nut adaptors to switch between 4 1/2" and 4 3/4" bolt pattern. The only marking is an arrow on the inner piece that shows orientation toward the center or away from it. The wheel hole is round and has a depression to accept the washer.
The one wheel center has what looks like an "A", but cannot find any other ID marks on the wheels. They are tubeless so I expect they are newer wheels.
    Does anyone recognize them? Resized_20240819_173451_1724116069124.jpeg Resized_20240819_173500_1724116070164.jpeg Resized_20240819_173632_1724116078051.jpeg Resized_20240819_174044_1724116089071.jpeg

I think I found the answer in a 2014 HAMB thread. Appliance is the name that comes up with a three piece lug.

Appliance Roto lugs is what they were called, I think there may be some modern replacements

I think the modern upgrade is bushings and you use regular lug nuts
