Regular Ford 16 inch wires are so common that you shouldn't spend money on refurbishing them. If you can't straighten it yourself go buy another.
Rule of thumb is that you need to buy 12 wires to get four good ones! Check over at fordbarn.com. I had one wheel reworked at a shop in Denver that specializes in wire wheels for sports cars.
