  2. No electric wipers? Turn signals? Horn? Heater fan? Radio?

As a bare minimum, you'll need headlights, brake lights, tail/dash/parking (running) lights, horn, and windows, each on it's own circuit. Add one circuit for turns, same for electric wipers. Each circuit should have overcurrent protection, sized to the load.

I have a 12 circuit in my Austin, and used all 12 ckts. I think I could have gotten by with an 8 circuit, but the more you isolate, the easier it is later if a problem pops up. Last thing you want is a short on one piece of equipment to affect several others. It might strand you, or at the least cause all lights to stop working just because a stop light or turn signal shorted.
I put a 21 ckt. in my Falcon, and have so many spares I'll never use them all!
