Technical Wiring help needed: voltage regulator/alternator

    Update: Problem appeats to be solved. 14.60 at Alternator and 14.46 at battery. This is at idle. And this is after installing another new regulator. Either the first one was bad or I somehow fried it. Thanks to everyone for your input and guidance .
