Hi All. I am building a '46 ford and want to install aftermarket parking Lights/Turn signals. New American Autowire 21 cir. Harness. The aftermarket lights have a dual-filiment bulb, but only 2 wires (One red, one brown). I have a hot lead for parking lights and a hot lead for the parking light, plus a ground. How do i wire this so that the lights can be used for both, if possible? many thanks in advance for any advice, charly9g!

i'm doing a re-wire right now too using the american autowire set. d-rod is correct up there... since my car is over 60 years old i wanted to make sure i had good grounds and went to the parts store and bought new sockets. on the socket there is a plug for a ground wire. i cut a 6" piece of wire plugged it in there and grounded the other end to a screw on the back side of the grill.. worked great

do your self a favor and run some heavy grounds at front of body to ft. of frame, and also at rear. you can never have enuff grounds on an old car.
