Hello, I am new to this forum and am finally building something on my own. I am starting a 29 Ford speedster using the original motor (hopped of with a Winfield head and dual 97's). I have moved the front mounting of the spring up 6 inches and split the front wishbones and my question is: how do I determine the rear mounting point for the wishbones? I have read that I should just make them parallel to the ground, but also read to keep them high to the frame. Currently, with the bones parallel, the hanger hangs down from the bottom of the frame about 4-5 inches. Is this OK?

they go wherever they need to go. You need to get the kingpins angled back at the top 7 degrees (ish) and then mount the bones.
