wondering if the price is right...

Its a 1937 ford half ton , 85 horse flathead with folgers can over carb ... transmission is three speed and is not locked up, all fenders , grille and cab are good shape but surface rusted. all suspension is intact , one friction shock broken on rear . starter and genorator are missing . guy is asking 1500 , and it took me 3 months to get him to answer back lol.

good price or ripoff??
