Did anybody go to thgis swap/ I had my Grtandson visiting and had a littleDP-90 to get sprayed on a customers parts Saturday-so I was here all weekend....We usually go down and have the shriners chase us aroiund the parking lot on their shriner carst-barking orders at us!!!! This time I placed an order to go.....My buddy Glen was going ,so I had him look for a frt fender for my Sub project. They are 55-57 chevy pickup part and are really usually ate up at door line and above headlites...He found me a nice solid Kansas fender for 125--jewed him down to 90 and got it bought!I am very happy with the part. Did anyone else see any Gold? I heard from Him that there was aworkable 27T roadster body on A frame for 900!!!!!!
Yep, I went out there as the sun was rising and saw Grimlok as I was walking in. Found some good deals, Model A roadster doors/74' Vette Headers NOS/32'Ford hood side panels/BIG Box of vintage vanity license plates and frames from the 50's and 60's/Box of Stewart Warners. And I met a bunch of people that I have not seen in a while. I also found a guy as I was at the Nightprowlers booth looking for HOP-UP #5 that wanted to know if I wanted to buy HOP-UP's, he has boxes full of them from 63' and earlier back to 52'. My dad picked up a 33' Grill and he beat me to a 36' Banjo wheel for $40 bucks. Oh yea, and I am SUNBURNT. I forgot that it is almost summer and I was in the sun from sunrise to 3:30pm with sungl***es on.
