No, NOT in Denver's snow I don't...and not even in the winter...I ain't stupid ...besides I stay off the street when all those displaced Californians, in their 4 by 4's, get on them...talk about nutty drivers...!!!

Matter of fact, my rod doesn't even have a heater in it...but the wipers do work.

Do you know how evil it is to bring this thread up in August! For Christ sakes it was 119 in my shop yesterday.... Cooler broke....Wouldn't have worked very well anyway!!! Never, ever let somebody play the tune "Summertime and the livin' is easy" near someone from Phoenix! Just a word of caution....

 

I saw the title to this thread and was trying to figure out where in the world it could be snowing when it was 105 here yesterday. Talk about resurrecting the dead. LOL

Some bad ride, cant even get wipers to work. I can tell you are too cool for them; same probably goes for toilet paper.

 

Snow??? This is in the Black Hills of South Dakota in the middle of MAY for our Annual Lake Area Roadsters Reliability Run. That's 400 miles from home with NO wipers (just Aquapel ~ it works great)!

It was 116 degrees here day before yesterday and hailed and rained like crazy last night. Crazy weather.

 

enough already....50 miles into the 800 miles trip to GNRS 2010...go home or go on....only 200 more miles of snow through the Siskyous and then rain rain rain till South of Sacramento....and yes there was a bit of snow on the Grapevine pass but at least you could still see the road...but guess it don't count....I had wipers......B.F.D.

im glad this got dug up! just makes me appreciate the 2 weeks we have left of summer, its already getting cold at nite here.... god i cant wait to get the hell out of here , someplace with more than 2 good months a year....

 

The nearest city to the Grapevine, Bakersfield, set a record high yesterday: 107 degrees. Also a record low at night: 78 degrees. As usual the top of the Vine was ten degrees cooler by day and 30 degrees cooler at night. That's why I live up the hill.
