Hot Rods Would you trade? 32 5 window for 40 Ford

Anyone whos had a 5 window that long and not done anything to it needs a driver.
Im a 32 guy and I say trade.

 

Keep the 32'........I once sold a "MINT" 1932 firewall to pay off a debt & regret it to this day.

 

Not many steel 32's around,finish it.

 

Not if my life depended on it...lol

Paul, You and Weasel are correct, Not all guys like 32 fords And that is ok as that is what makes this great, We can pick and choose what we like and don't like. I do not expect everyone to like what I like, I mean myself I love my 32 five windows, But I also like sexy women. and I think it is great for the women Who are less fortuante that there are guys out there who prefer something other than sexy.......LOL As for the OP, I myself would never trade a 32 5 window for a 40 ford, But wiithout seeing the 40 ford, Dollar for dollar it might not be that bad of a deal, As Your coupe in the current shape it is in right now is worth around 20K...the 40 may be worth more in its current condition.

 

I love both cars but a 40 those r hard 2 find I can't find one and I want one wait I lie I find them every were but done and asking like 25k. Get the 40 or past it to me. Lol

 

It would depending on how hard it would be to install the flathead back in the 40. How bad the firewall and frame was cut up and if it did not have Corvair or mustang steering. There are a lot of 32 coupes and there are more everyday. I do not know how Bob Drake is doing on his reproduction of the forty Ford.



Nobody can have too many of either.
