By the way I remember the ship wreck. I always used to tell my Dad to stop so I could see it. I wanted to climb down but my Dad wouldn't let me.

A stretch of Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, California was immortalized by Jan and Dean in the song "Dead Man's Curve." It is located near the Bel Air estates just north of UCLA's Drake Stadium. The curve was removed shortly after an accident involving voice actor Mel Blanc.
