I’ve got a feeling this car’s gonna catch some flak—hell, it’s weird as hell, no denying that. But honestly? I kinda love it. There’s a strange harmony to the whole thing. It’s bold, sure, but it holds together better than most radical customs ever manage to. Cohesive chaos. The good kind.

Just saw The Wu & RTJ in Ft. Worth Friday night. My neighbor is a Hot Rodder & was born & raised in Ottumwa I'll send some pics, we'll see if he has any memories of the car.

  5. I could get behind this car, lowered a touch and drive the shit out of it. Cool in its own kookyness.

Talked to my buddy from Ottumwa. Says he knew Gene Meeks, he ran the local skating rink for years. He doesn't remember ever seeing the Packard.

I like it. I like Packards, anyway; getting anything to set one apart from Ox-yoke's is an accomplishment...
I'd drive it with no regrets

Interesting....most 4 doors don't customize well IMHO, some do, looking at the work done and appreciate it.
My first look at the front, a 54 Kaiser came to mind.

I like to see something different like this. Variety is that spicy thing.
