I stumbled upon these photos and wondered what brand classy car this is . Looks to be a 1934-36.

  2. I'll have a quick stab at a Delahaye or a real fancy FIAT or a real fancy Alfa Romeo.

  3. Heres a 1939 Wanderer, suicide doors but otherwise close as well.

pretty cool cars. With the army markings on there I assume they have assumed ownership. "war reparations" they call it. Wonder if they made it back to the states?

I think GAZ may be right about it being an AUDI Wanderer. However the swing- out windshield, no running boards. rag top storage, side hood dual vents, might make it a 1939-44 special order cabriolet german military staff car.

  8. Or maybe..... a Dodge is an American AUDI..... yever think of that??
Just messin' with you @VANDENPLAS we ALL know that ALL cars are based on Dodges!! (Actually, there's a lot of truth to that.... Ole Henry would have been screwed without the Dodge Brothers to build his stuff!!!)

If it is I want one. Love the slope over the fenders and the grille.
