History WWII Vehicle inspection report doc I found

I found a WWII army manual for a GMC 6x6 and folded within the pages was this inspection report. The book alone was neat, but it was really cool to find this doc in there. It was too large to scan as one sheet. I'll let the doc speak for itself. The particular truck was built by Studebaker. Just thought I'd share. Enjoy
