Well, it's definitely off-topic, but maybe we can consider them "hot rods of the air". There are land-based WWII vehicles that will be part of this as well. I thought there are folks here who may be interested in this but, mods, if it's too far off base feel free to do your duty. This is a WWII museum that's less than an hour away from me in Minnesota. They're putting on an airshow, 250th anniversary celebration of the United States Navy, featuring Navy and Marine Corps aircraft in action.
