    Do not remember if u run inner fender panels. Read somewhere it improves streamlining if leave/run with them. Maybe u can try a run with panels & without. Just a 2 cent thought..

    Yes, we run with inner fenders. They're bolted to the front clip, which is currently off the truck.

    Inner fenders are mandatory by SCTA rules.
    No body mods allowed in XO/PP VINTAGE ENGINE CL***

    So XOPP Bonneville pickup will be able to choose from two different engines?

    @pprather XO/PP will become XO/MP with Jimmy engine...I believe.

    I'll use a 1 1/2" hole saw to open up the flange and the milling machine to clean it up. Them hand grind it to fit the ports as needed.

    XO/PP for the 262 Ford in a Ford with a stock head
    XO/MP for the 302 GMC in a Ford with a stock head
    **O/MP for the 302 GMC in a Ford w/aftermarket head

    Love the headers.
    Probably going to use 3 sidedraft webber carbs on a small plenum

    XO/PP RECORD IS NOW 140 AND CHANGE. SET WITH A 51 GMC PICK UP WITH A 302 GMC ENGINE WITH A FACTORY MODIFIED HEAD

    The wagon train goes through St. Louis, Missouri, but John usually likes to drive all the way to central to Kansas before stopping for sleep.

    We are very happy with the new engine combination.
    Going to the dyno in a couple weeks after we break it in some.
