    Will a ECZ-9425-B (1957/292ci)Y block intake fit the earlier 1954 256ci motor?

    Anyone from the nightshift? :D

  3. Yes, But why use an intake with bigger ports than the heads, lots of restriction.

In 1954, the Ford engine was 239 ci and was manufactured in two plants resulting in different engines and the parts do not interchange. Are you talking about a Mercury engine?
