I am picking up a 292 y block that I will be putting into my 53 coupe and would like to know what it is going to take for me to bolt this motor up to my factory 3sp/overdrive transmission,

I’ve read a few threads where people said they did this but didn’t go into detail about what was used.

The motor I’m getting comes with a truck bellhousing but no clutch, pressure plate, or flywheel.

What bellhousing, flywheel, clutch etc do I need to bolt these together?

    Thank you!

You'll need the bell from a car. A clutch support bracket for a y block. I'm not sure if your z bar will work or not. Not trying to promote my stuff but I have all the parts you'll need.

You should probably take him up on the offer, since you will be fabricating motor mounts it would help to have that 1955-56 z-bar on hand to help in positioning, your pedals are the same as a '54 Ford so with the z-bar you should be able to align the linkage. 1955-56 Ford dual exhaust manifolds will line up better with that same year of clutch linkage.
