torque specs from Glenns manual, 1965

    272,292,312.

    spark plugs 15-20
    cylinder head bolts 65-75
    con rod bolts 45-50
    main brg. bolts 95-105
    intake man. 23-38
    exhaust man. 23-38
    rocker arm shafts
    272 & 312 12-15
    292 45-55
    flywheel/crank 75-85
    crank pulley 85-95

    all i have for now.

best thing to do is to find a motors manual that covers the year of your motor.

better be careful about the rocker stand bolts on a 292. On another forum some guy did that and wound up with stripped theads and broken bolts. Is it a typo in the spec book? Don't see any reason why a 292 should be any different than a 272 and 312.
